The term Collective Intelligence spring up as when we discussed about Knowledge Management and the systematic way of reaching innovation. Thew ideas, the new practice, the new implications are from the exchange of knowledge between our team member. We reached a new knowledge and learn from others in the things that we did not know. This is so true in every organization. Our organizational knowledge comes from the collection of knowledge of multiple departments, or multiple teams that works as a whole organization. The knowledge of the department or the team comes from the collection of knowledge from each individual knowledge in the team. This is how things work. That is how organization evolve. They move forward from the collection of knowledge of the employee in the organization to form a great enterprise.

Intelligence is the ability of fluid organization to process its information, putting into perspective of useful context to make the sense for decision making. Organization that are ready to interact to the ever changing threat and dynamic environment can survive. And to survive, it needs intelligence.
